Is expedited shipping available?

We ship within the continental U.S. via USPS Ground and Priority Mail.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Because orders are shipped by our parent volunteers at an offsite location, orders are only shipped once a week on the weekend.  Shipping times will vary based on the USPS.

 

Can I pick-up my order instead of having it mailed?

Due to COVID restrictions, we are not offering curbside pickup at this time.

 

Can I return or exchange items in my order?

Yes! Send us an email at SchoolStore@lrei.org and we will process the return or exchange.

 

Will you have any new products?

We are planning on offering new items each trimester.  We will send a notification in the weekly parent email from your parent reps when new items are launched.  If you have any suggestions, please contact us at SchoolStore@lrei.org.

 

Are you re-ordering out of stock items?

We will restock our staple items.  Currently, there are no items on reorder.

 

How do I know if the clothes will fit?

Clothing sizes are usually true to size unless otherwise indicated.  All apparel are cut gender-neutral.

Youth sizes are generally XS (4-5), S (6-8), M (10-12), L (14-16)

 

How are items priced?

The School Store is a community building effort, not a revenue generating enterprise.  As such, products are priced to break even. 

 

What sustainable considerations are being made?

We are always looking for products made with sustainable materials.  Many of our products are made with organic and recycled materials.  We are reusing shipping boxes too so don't be surprised when you get an Amazon box in the mail that you didn't remember ordering!
